- Tip -

A place to put grief

Even if someone has a long and happy life, even as many as 96 wonderful human years, we still feel grief when they are gone.

Grief can feel strong and overwhelming, and it can feel at times like we have nowhere big enough to put it.  But, stories are a very good place to let things out.  We can be angry, sad, frustrated or happy; every emotion is welcome in a story.  There is room for all of them.  Emotions make stories very rich.

New idea:  When you lose someone special, write about them.  They can come to life in one story or many stories, whenever you feel like seeing them again.

In memory of Jenny.
